This game is to see who loses a bet.
You will have to be removing the teeth one by one until you find the bad tooth.
To be honest you have to remove a tooth and then provide the device to your friend, and so on.
Until the game show Game Over.
Thats when the last person to play and remove the bad tooth will have lost the game (and bet).
